Here’s what to expect on the programme…

Before the programme starts

It’s important that the programme is truly tailored to your needs. This is why before the programme starts you will have a 1 hour strategy session to help you get the most out of the programme. As well as help us tailor the programme to your EXACT needs.

Remember this isn’t no ordinary programme!

Month 1

In the first month of the programme we will all get together for a day’s workshop. Before the workshop we will have expected you have completed a client portfolio analysis. Don’t worry, we will give you full instructions on how to complete a client portfolio analysis.

When you leave the workshop you will have:

  • Clarity about what is the right niche and who are the right type of clients to target in the niche
  • KPIs and targets for your business development activities to keep you focused
  • Built your client personas to focus your marketing
  • A provisional list of prospects who are exactly the type of clients you want to win
  • Shared tips and techniques and learnt what has worked in others’ businesses

After the workshop you will have an accountability group call to check in on progress and keep you focused and on track.

Month 2

Armed with the results of your client research, you will undertake an intensive 2-day business bootcamp. This is where we really put the meat on the bones of your marketing plan.

You will leave the bootcamp:

  • With a simple, completed and achievable marketing plan that you are energised and excited about
  • Knowing exactly how you are going to generate the right type of leads, and all the activity you are going to do by route to market
  • With a plan to get reliable, scalable and repeatable results from your network
  • Having put together a list of products and services which you know your clients will be begging you to buy
  • Confident that you can make your plan happen regardless of the amount of time you have to spend on business development
  • Having worked out how to create some more time in your day to make sure that your business development activities actually happen
  • With a spruced up LinkedIn Profile and copy for your website so that your future clients when they land on your online footprint get exactly the right type of welcome mat to help them buy from you
  • Knowing what content you need to produce and when to nurture your prospects through their buying journey

Two weeks after the bootcamp you’ll have another accountability group call to keep you focused and progressing against the objectives you have set yourselves.

Months 3-5

These months are all about you implementing your plan. But don’t worry, you wouldn’t be left alone to make it happen all by yourself. In this time you will have fortnightly accountability group calls to keep you on track with your objectives. In these calls and the group’s private online group you will get personalised help to remove any barriers you are facing.

Month 6

By now, you will be seeing the results of your hard work. You will be winning new clients – of exactly the right type. In the last month of the programme we will get together for a 1-day workshop to do the following:

  • Brush up on our sales skills. After all, we want you to win all of the highly valuable client leads you are now gaining
  • Plan ahead for the next 6-12 months so you can maintain your momentum going forward
  • Refine our business development plans so we can do more of what is working and less of what isn’t working
  • Celebrate all of our hard won success
